Mary Louise Draege, 79, of Centralia, was called home by the Lord, June 3, 2017 at Heritage Health Manor in Pana, IL. She was born the daughter of Corlis Owen and Elva Cynthia (Clutts) Dunn on July 29, 1937 in Anna, IL. She married Thomas E. Draege on October 18, 1958 in Wamac, IL. He preceded her in death on March 20, 2003.

Mary is lovingly survived by her daughters Cheryl Sexton, husband John of Pana, IL and Connie Steinhoff of Naperville, IL; cherished grandchildren Jamie Noble, husband Bryant of Athens, Ohio, Mitchell Sexton of Charleston, Francesca Steinhoff of Naperville, and Cassandra Steinhoff of Centralia; great-granddaughter Averie Hall of Aurora, IL; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, siblings Colin Dunn, Corlis “Elwood” Dunn, wife Mary Joy, and Eugene Dunn, wife Shirley, and Rosalie Oestreich, husband Don.

Mary was a proud member of Wamac Missionary Baptist Church. She was the heart and soul of her church, cheerfully serving the Lord in countless ways. For 48 years, she was also an administrative assistant with Linkon Auto Supply.

Celebration of life services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 9, 2017 at the Wamac Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Paul Holsapple and Minister Dave Altman officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2017 at the Wamac Missionary Baptist Church and one hour prior to the services on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wamac Missionary Baptist Church or Shriners for Crippled Children.
